The noise protection program in Berlin announced last December as we reported finally comes into effect today!
Berlins nightlife has suffered some blows in recent years as complaints from residents have risen. However clubs and music venues that cannot afford their own soundproofing can now apply for a state-funded support via Berlin Club Commission.
