Korg Announce New Analog Synthesizer

The synth all Korg fans have been waiting for is here – The Prologue!

Following on from the Minilogue and Monologue, this new synthesizer is a high-end instrument that comes in two versions: an eight-voice model version with 49 keys and a 16 voices with 61 keys verison.

Korg are calling the ‘Prologue’ its new flagship synthesizer and its clear to see why with full-size keyboards instead of mini keys and four different voice modes: Poly, Mono, Unison or Chord.

The most exciting new feature of the Prologue is that it allows users to program and upload their own user oscillators and effects, Korg is also releasing a software development kit (SDK) for the Prologue that will enable developers to write programs for the synth.
