Based on its famous Taurus instrument

Moog has revealed this week, a new analog synthesizer ‘Sirin’ with only 2,500 units being built!

This new synth is based on the famous Taurus instrument from Moog and is similar design to Moog’s Minitaur synth but with a colorful upgrade.

According to Moog, Sirin is something of a departure for the bass-focused Taurus family, designed to “generate pitches far above above middle C, with an extended frequency range that reaches notes up to D8.”

The Sirin also features its own editor software which allows access to six extra LFO waveforms, full ADSR envelopes and 128 presets.
