With Moogfest approaching, Moog revealed earlier today a brand new synthesizer….
Say hello to the ’Grandmother’ – This new semi-modular analog synth features a built-in arpeggiator, sequencer, spring reverb, analog filter, external audio input and you can also make sounds without patching, reroute the signal path and connect with other instruments!
According to the press release, the Moog Grandmother is inspired by Bob Moog’s classic modular synths of the 1960s and ’70s.
The Grandmother will be priced at $899 and the first 500 are limited Moogfest editions.
