Novation Reveals New Polyphonic Synthesiser – Peak

Novation have announced its latest toy ‘Peak’ which will make its debut at the Superbooth conference in Berlin this week.

This new synthesiser features eight voices with three new oxford oscillators for each voice which are engineered to sound and behave like analogue gear but will gain the digital domain with 17 digital wavetables.

Peak also comes with reverb, delay, chorus effects and can connect to modular systems via a CV modulation input but also has MIDI I/O on  five-pin DIN points.

Rumors are that it goes on sale in May with a price tag of $1299.
