Spotify Plus is set to be something everyone can afford monthly

Spotify Plus will be only 99¢ per month and according to The Verge, “it doesn’t impose any restrictions on the number of tracks you skip per hour.”
The basic free tier that Spotify offers to all does not allow users to skip more than 6 tracks per hour and only allows users to listen to certain songs on selected playlists.
