This new feature kicks off from today
Bandcamp earlier today announced ‘Bandcamp Live‘, a new ticketed live streaming service…
This new livestream feature will work similar to uploading a release as fans will automatically get notified when a show is announced and be able to purchase tickets in the same way they purchase music or merch via their Bandcamp accounts.
There is also an option to showcase merchandise and music alongside the stream and of course, an added chat feature.
Ticket prices for the livestream are set by the artists with no service fees applied but please note, Bandcamp do take a 10% of sales which is currently waived until 31st March 2021..
