Say hello to the latest toy from Moog – DFAM aka Drummer From Another Mother…
This new drum machine from Moog isn’t really a drum machine, it is semi-modular, monophonic, analog percussion synthesizer and highly interactive!
Most drum machines (if you didn’t know) are polyphonic allowing them to replicate all the different sounds a drummer would make. This means the DFAM being monophonic can only output one sound at a time.
The DFAM features an analogue eight-step sequencer, a white noise generator and two wide-range analogue oscillators.

The DFAM will ship in February 2018 with a price tag of £579.
