The London festival will now be held at Trent Park
London’s Junction 2 festival has announced a change of location and date for this years edition.
The LWE team revealed back in October 2021 that the festival was returning after a 2-year break due to the pandemic with the line-up secured.
Statement
“The relocation has come as a consequence of delays to the redevelopment works to Boston Manor Park.
These works were due to be finished this Spring, however interruptions have meant that Boston Manor Park will not be ready in time for this summer.
This has led us to Trent Park as the alternative, where LWE already holds an existing license.
We are very grateful to the artists for accommodating this move, as the majority of what was originally planned for Friday 3rd June can now perform on Saturday 18th June and the majority of the artists planned for Saturday 4th June can now play on Sunday 19th June.”
