Roland has just released a new synthesizer, the S-1 Tweak.

The Roland S-1 Synth is a portable polyphonic synthesizer that is inspired by the classic Roland SH-101. It features four voices, as well as a number of new sound design features.

This new machine joins Roland’s Aira Compact range of low-cost digital recreations of classic vintage synth and drum machines.

Here are some key features:
  • Four-voice polyphony
  • Analog Circuit Behavior (ACB) technology
  • Two oscillators, one sub-oscillator, and one noise generator
  • Two filters, one LFO, and one envelope generator
  • Step sequencer, arpeggiator, and D-Motion feature
  • Compact, light and portable design
  • Battery with 4.5 hours runtime
